We are here to begin your inbound marketing with our Quick Start Guide, which is designed to help you set up our powerful software and begin applying it by creating great content. This will be what feeds into your traffic and leads.
As you work through our Quick Start program, you will be consulting and discussing your strategy with your Inbound Marketing Consultant (IMC), who will guide you and help make sure you are successful.
It's time to get started with HubSpot. The five steps below will set you on the path.
Step 1 - Determine Your Timeline and Resources
Inbound marketing takes time and effort. Once you're up and running, you can execute in a few hours per week. But during onboarding, you'll need to spend more time.
How much time are you planning to spend in the coming weeks? How fast do you plan to move through the program?
Each HubSpot module takes about 4 hours (3.5 hours of setup & preparation for you, .5 hours of consulting on the phone with us about your goals and ideas). The whole program takes 20-25 hours. That means if you're planning to put in 4 hours per week, the program will take you 5-6 weeks.
Additionally, what resources from your company will be participating? Are there representatives from the Sales team that should be involved? Are there additional users who will need to know how to use HubSpot? Who will be responsible for technical changes to your website? You might want to have different members of your organization present on some calls as you cover different material.
Step 2 - Review Quick Start Roadmap and Schedule Kickoff Call
Your IMC will contact you to schedule your kickoff call. During this important call, you and your consultant will cover various topics detailed in the Kickoff & Strategy Consulting Session Agenda.

Step 3 - Set Up & Learn with your IMC
Once you've had your orientation and strategy call with your IMC, you can go through each of the setup guides in the Overview area of HubSpot, and learn more about each tool and the setup required for each one. After you complete each quick start section as your homework, you will schedule the next call in the series.
Step 4 - Receive HubSpot Professional Certification
Customers who successfully complete all eight consulting sessions will become a HubSpot Certified Professional! This special certification is reserved for the savvy marketers who complete the entire program. Certified professionals receive a certificate and special mention as inbound marketers who really get it, and are growing with the HubSpot software.
Step 5 - Continue to Learn and Engage
There's always more to learn and try.
